2. Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this website in any way that may damage the website, affect its performance, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable law.

You must not copy, misuse, scrape, resell, or reproduce our website content, design, graphics, service descriptions, case studies, or other materials without written permission from Dexora Digital.

3. Our Services

Dexora Digital provides services including, but not limited to:

The exact scope of each project will be agreed separately through a written proposal, invoice, email, contract, or project agreement.

4. Quotes, Proposals and Project Scope

All quotes and proposals are based on the information provided by the client at the time of discussion. If the project scope changes, additional work may require a revised quote or extra charges.

A project scope may include deliverables, timelines, revisions, platform requirements, access needs, and payment terms. Work outside the approved scope is not included unless agreed in writing.

5. Payments and Invoices

Payment terms will be shared before the start of a project. Depending on the service, Dexora Digital may require full payment, partial payment, milestone payment, or monthly recurring payment.

Work may not begin until the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Late payments may delay delivery timelines. Dexora Digital reserves the right to pause work if invoices remain unpaid.

6. Revisions and Client Feedback

We aim to deliver high-quality work and allow reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope.

Revision requests must relate to the original project brief. New features, new pages, new design directions, additional integrations, extra content, or major changes may be treated as additional work.

Clients are responsible for providing feedback, approvals, login access, brand assets, images, content, and any required information on time. Delays in client feedback or access may affect project timelines.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services involve time, planning, strategy, technical work, creative work, and custom implementation, payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may not be available once work has started, files have been delivered, strategy has been shared, audits have been completed, or project time has been reserved.

If a client cancels a project before completion, Dexora Digital may charge for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

For monthly services, cancellation terms will be defined in the project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, clients should provide written notice before cancelling recurring services.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required access, approvals, business details, content, and feedback needed to complete the project.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, trademarks, logos, product information, testimonials, claims, or business details they provide are accurate, lawful, and owned by them or properly licensed.

Dexora Digital is not responsible for delays, errors, or project limitations caused by incomplete information, incorrect access, third-party platform issues, hosting problems, plugin conflicts, or changes made by the client or another provider.

9. Website Access and Third-Party Tools

Some projects may require access to platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, hosting, domain accounts, CRM tools, plugins, themes, APIs, or third-party software.

The client is responsible for maintaining ownership of their accounts, licenses, subscriptions, hosting, plugins, themes, and third-party tools.

Dexora Digital is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, software bugs, or limitations caused by external platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the final approved and paid project deliverables created specifically for the client may be used by the client for their business.

Dexora Digital may retain ownership of internal methods, frameworks, templates, processes, audit systems, checklists, automation logic, reusable code structures, and know-how used to deliver services.

Website content, graphics, copy, layouts, case studies, reports, and resources published on Dexora Digital’s own website remain the property of Dexora Digital unless stated otherwise.
