The Project
Cedar Street Training is a personal training gym in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania offering one-on-one personal training, small group sessions (max 6 people), and nutrition coaching. The business had a strong in-person product and a loyal community but a website that was not converting visitors into consultation bookings.
The Challenge
The existing online presence did not reflect the quality of the Cedar Street experience. Potential clients visiting the website were leaving without taking action. The site lacked a clear primary CTA, mobile speed, visible trust signals, and a structured path from landing to booking.
What We Built
We designed and developed the complete website on WordPress with Elementor — seven pages built mobile-first with conversion and local SEO in mind from the start.
Pages: Homepage, Personal Training, Small Group Training, Nutrition Coaching, Pricing, About, and Contact.
Every page was built with a specific conversion function. The homepage guides visitors through the brand story, service overview, and 4-step client journey before presenting the primary CTA. Each service page directly answers the questions a potential client has before booking. The Pricing page is structured to pre-qualify and direct visitors to the free consultation form.
