The Starting Point

Shalom Dental had two locations in New York City Upper West Side and Brooklyn and no online presence at all. No website. No Google Ads account. No way for patients searching “dentist near me” in Manhattan or Brooklyn to find them.

They came to Dexora Digital to build everything from scratch.

What We Built

A high-converting dental website

Not a template. A purpose-built site designed around one goal: turning a visitor into a booked appointment.

The homepage opens with the doctors’ real photos and real credentials. Trust signals above the fold years of experience, patient ratings, locations. Two clear CTAs: Book Online and Call Now. Reviews section with real patient feedback. FAQ built into the page so objections get answered before they become reasons not to book.

Both NYC locations Upper West Side and Brooklyn have their own dedicated sections with addresses, hours, and directions.

An AI chatbot

Built and embedded directly into the website. Handles appointment enquiries, answers common patient questions, and captures leads outside office hours. A patient visiting at 11pm can book without waiting for a call back.

A Google Ads account built from zero

Full account setup campaign structure, ad copy, keyword targeting, conversion tracking, and budget allocation. All built for a dental practice competing in one of the most expensive paid search markets in the world.
